Comics Compulsion presents its annual gaming event held at the Christchurch Cavaliers Wargames Section, St Albans/ Shirley Club, 269 Hills Road, Weekend of the 29th & 30th Oct 2011. Participate in one of the competition events (Registration Fee: $30.00) or put on a display game yourself. Competitions offered:



  • Warhammer Fantasy
  • Warhammer 40K
  • Flames of War
  • Lord of the Rings
  • Warmachine / Hordes
  • Fields of Glory 15mm
  • DBA


This year there will also be a Best Demonstration game prize. If there is a competition you wish to run give us a yell and we can add you in. On the Saturday doors will open from 8:30am and we will have registration (always a bit chaotic) then a formal welcome about 9am and all gaming should of started by 9:30am, Sunday the doors will again be open from 8:30 but there will be different starts for each game.

Each comp has a different number of games each day but both days should finish around 5pm (includes prizegiving on Sunday).

In addition the Southern Sortout that was successfully ran by Clinton and Bradley is going to be held on the same weekend in the same location. So it should be a huge weekend for us gamers and modellers.
